To Submit Student Work for the Juror
Welcome to our easy to use on-line entry system for sending your student`s work.
Teachers, we will be accepting student work for the 2010 Philadelphia Exhibition until January 10, 2010.
Results will announced via email
to all teachers
by Februrary 22, 2010.

The following screens will walk you through our process for submitting your student`s work for the exhibition.
- You will be asked some questions to update your school and contact information if you have used the system before, or, if you are a new teacher you will be asked to set up a login and password then to provide school and contact information.
- Next you will be asked your method of payment, (paypal or Pay By Check).
- Then you will be asked questions to identify each student, one at a time, and requested to input data and images for the student`s work.
- Finally, you will be asked to verify that everything that you have entered is correct.
You will only have to answer questions about your school and yourself once.
For your student`s work:
- Each entry will have its own set of questions and its own request for the images.
- Each piece entered may have 2 images.

All images should upload only .jpg files of 640 x 480 megapixels or less. (We will provide a link to optional Resize-o-matic software which will automatically re-size images with a single click of your mouse once it has been installed by you. Also, a Suggestion from a Mac user which resolved a submission issue: Mac OSX users can convert large size pictures by sharing through iPhoto: then email to yourself in a smaller size.) - At the end of this process, you will be asked to verify that the information you have submitted is correct. If an error was made, you will be able to correct it. You will receive a confirming email once you have logged out.
Once everything is correct and you like what you`ve done, you will exit this part of our website and be returned to our main menu for The National K12 Ceramic Exhibition Foundation. From there you can exit our site and your work will be sent to the juror. Come back any time and log in to enter up to your total of 20 entries per school.
We ask that you read everything on this page BEFORE submitting your work so you will understand the process and have what you need before you need it.

Payment for Entries
Our entry fee is $30 for up to 10 works of art per school. (Maximum entries per school is now 20 entries for $60).
Payment by PayPal can be accomplished on-line.
