Title: Gator in water
Description: This piece was created by draping slabs over a slump mold and manipulated, the teeth were created by cutting small coils of clay and shaped. The base was a large slab curving the edges and crushing different shards of glass and melting over the slab to give the look of water. Base was high fired cone 5 in oxidation and the head low fired cone 06 oxidation then Smoke fired.
