Student Name: | Errol B |
Grade: | 12 |
Title: | Tower of Babel |
Description: | Sculpted from a solid block of clay, Errol painstakingly rendered, with extreme precision, a number of detailed windows, stairs, doors, and architectural features similar to what is seen in the mythological Tower of Babel. Errol studies languages and ponders with this sculpture, why people can no longer speak with each other, or understand each other. Errol's tower is miniscule which makes the rich details eye-catching. Errol washed his tower with red iron oxide to add contrast to the detailed surface. |
