Title: | Guerilla |
Description: | This piece was solid formed and hollowed out, reassembled and then surfaced. The fur texture was carved and a tongue was pulled and added after firing along with false eyelashes. Idea development is based on gorillas’ reasons for endangerment and their emotions to show the effects. The final surface was created using cold surface techniques to create a realistic gorilla that conveys anger in relation to gorillas being poached and losing their habitat. |
