Title: | Dove and Pigeon |
Description: | Our Project was to create something under the theme of human hybrid. After going on a walk downtown and looking at the birds around campus I was inspired to make a piece about how society views pigeons versus doves. Pigeons are seen as dirty city birds while doves are beautiful and represent peace even though they are very similar birds. I showed this conflict in my piece by having the pigeon hybrid cast out of his village while the dove consoles him. |
