| Description: | This is a slab handbuilt teapot body has an extruded handle, spout and foot. A raku clay was used and cone 5 glazes that were layered with Toasted Sage brushed on first and then Chum Plum was brushed on to give the speckled pink appearance. Painter's tape was used to avoid the linear designs and then Deep Fire Brick was brushed on the unglazed linear designs. It was then fired in the Skutt kiln to cone 5. |
