Trustee
Nicole Dubrow is a potter, artist, mother, and educator. She works within the creative intersection of art, design, education and integrated technology for private, public and national art commissions. Master studies at the Pennsylvania State University, University Park and her B.F.A. in sculpture from the San Francisco Art Institute forged an informed foundation across ceramic disciplines.
Dubrow serves local and national communities in clay as the head potter/managing founder of Black Sheep Pottery, School and Studio Art Center in Skippack Village, Pennsylvania. Student and community experience as Adjunct Professor of Ceramics at William Paterson University, New Jersey, studio assistant to Betty Woodman and artist in residence at Marymount Manhattan College and Hunter College in New York City, edified her love for the clay environment.
Beyond her classroom and Dubrow Studio, Nicole actively contributes as advisory for The National K12 Ceramic Exhibition Foundation, served as a curator and treasurer, and fostering K12Clay initiatives of exhibition, education and scholarship opportunities for emerging students and educators across the United States.
